The key feature is its soft silicone wound contact layer. It adheres gently and securely to dry, surrounding skin but will not stick to the moist wound bed. This ensures an atraumatic, pain-free dressing change, minimizing trauma and promoting patient comfort.

The central foam pad is highly absorbent, effectively pulling excess fluid away from the wound and locking it within the dressing. This helps to minimize the risk of maceration and maintains an optimal moist environment conducive to healing.

The non-bordered design offers excellent versatility. It can be easily cut to fit uniquely shaped wounds and requires a secondary dressing (such as medical tape or a wrap) to secure it in place, allowing for a truly customized fit.
